Light sour and watermelon rind aroma. Initially slightly tart which builds bringing sweet malt and a hint of watermelon flesh. A nice straightforward fruited göse great for summer.

What the hell did I just order? Didn’t realize it was a sour. But it’s also crazy sweet. Strange stuff. But “Have a Cigar” is playing at the bar, so I’ll drink to that!

One more from last night that I forgot to enter. Not a bad sour. Not the gross candy watermelon flavor that they usually are.

It works! A bit of a sour patch kid vibe. Salt balances the tart.
