IPA - New England / Hazy

Last time we invited our friends from Piggy to brew an IPA with us, our steam generator blew. Twice. And boy do we need steam! But luckily they returned, and to make up for the lost opportunity we went one-up and made a deluxe version of that IPA. This utter beast features the fragrant force of Nelson Sauvin, Galaxy and Citra in the dry-hop, and a smooth oaty body.

Medium grassy aroma with light citrusy, grapefruit hop aroma. Light grainy malt aroma. Alcohol presenting at the 1st sipping but disappeared in very few second. Juicy body Medium-light hop bitterness. Medium-light malty sweetness
