Disorganised Chaos

IPA - Imperial / Double New England

In collaboration with our good friends at Frau Gruber, we bring you a duo of beers - Organized Chaos and Disorganised Chaos. We brewed two imperial NEIPAs with the same intense hop profile but fermented with two different yeast strains. In Disorganised Chaos we used WLP066 London Fog. Both beers were dry-hopped with Citra, Galaxy and Sabro, leaving then with tropical and dank notes in the aroma and taste.
