Absolute unit of a thing. Cherry lambic. Aged and sour like a disgruntled old lemon. This is perfection.

Subtle funky sour cherry. Nice woody barrel notes, dry tannin finish.I see why this brewery is so renowned. Beautiful 🇧🇪
