Most interesting beer of the day so far. Not sure if it’s the best. Sour, sharp lemon. If you can get past the fag ash quality it had the most tremendous lingering, complex aftertaste. Hard to rate

Lambic, but very drinkable sour taste. 2015 vintage. Deep, complex. Mainly cherry but some strawberry too, as well as a slight woodish quality.

Beautiful stuff. Light but not thin. Guava and mango. No harshness.

Light, hazy pour. Citrus flavours. A little weak and watery for me
