Good west coast, subtle hoppy nose, citrusy, peachy, some pineapple and papaya notes, dank hoppy grapefruit end.

Nice grapefruit bitter at the start. Clean middle. But the grapefruit leaves dry and oily finsh.

Good old school West Coast IPA. Perfect pairing with Cold Thai chicken salad (Larp Khai) and green papaya salad (Som Tam). Tastes like a far away summer meal!

CD 29/06/20. Hento maltaan makeus keskivaiheilla ja sopiva katkero jyrää lopussa hedelmäisen humalan siivittämänä. Hyvää westcoast-tekemistä.

🇩🇰 Bon, comme d'habitude on nous parle de saveurs de grapefruit et d'ananas... 🙄 Sinon oui, c'est houblonné à mort ! Trop selon moi pour une West coast, type que j'affectionne particulièrement. Sacré boulot car pas si amère, le ddh fait son office 🇩🇰
