Trading Places

IPA - Imperial / Double New England / Hazy

Trading Places celebrates the deep friendship shared by our 3 breweries. We have each brewed this same recipe whilst dreaming about the good times we've shared. A double dry-hop of Talus, Strata and Citra lends notes of apricot, pineapple & peach to a smooth body with a light bitterness and a dry finish.

Loads of apricot on the nose, some savoury flavours lurking under a blanket of fruit sweetness and drying finishes. It also has a horse head on the front and horses are pretty rad.

Really dank, and quite sweet for a DIPA.

Chewy tropical beer - sweet rather than bitter. More smooth than complex

- Leichter Hopburn hinten raus...

Interestingly random. There's some acidic pineapple and softer melon notes. But some herbal and very Earthy flavours as well running through it.
