Traverse the Polyverse

IPA - Imperial / Double New England / Hazy

This heightened double IPA pairs a rich oaty body with a heavy dry-hop of Idaho-7, El Dorado & Citra. The result is a tropical & hazy hop altar with notes of sweet pineapple, lychee & lime. Traverse the Polyverse is the 3rd and final beer in our double dry-hopped IPA series. Journey Into Space is a tri-fold exploratory trip into the hop heavens. Here we explore the possibilities of the new hops we have received from Crosby Hop Farm. The result is a trilogy of interstellar hoppy beers; a SIPA, an IPA and a DIPA. This series is focused on pairing a fresh batch of Idaho-7 with a tight selection of secondary hops, pushing ourselves into new and exciting territories.

D&B når det er bedst. Glat og frugtig med en afrundet bitterhed. Den hiver jeg nok ned fra hylderne igen.

7.5% abv, double dry hopped dipa. Rich creamy body dry hopped with (a lot of) Idaho 7, el dorado and citra. Tropical and hazy. Notes of sweet pineapple, lychee and lime. No bitterness is stated but i guess it will be around 40 to 50 ibu. Again great brew!

Du velours... Notes pêche, litchi, légèrement citrus. On sent un peu les chevaux. Bonne amertume, bien sèche. C'est excellent !

Tropisk frugtjuice... bare med alkohol. For juice-like? næsten, men så kommer det diskrete humlebid og lægger sig på tungen. Ahhh.

My first Dry & Bitter outing. Stone fruit and tropical fruit salad here with a nice touch of peach through the middle. Solid enough, wouldn’t have another, but want to sample more Dry & Bitter goods.
