Nose is just incredible, fresh prunes. Typical canied sugar on the palate, a tad sweet.

Never had a sour plum. And cannot describe deep freshness . But I like it!

Hmm, a bit of an oddball. Pepper, prune, plums, chestnut, salinity, bready. The flavours seem a little oddly put together. Quite easy drinking.
