Lyssa

IPA - Imperial / Double New England / Hazy

Lyssa is part of a series of 50/50 DIPAs where we only use two hops, in equal quantities, throughout the beer. Here a Strata and Simcoe double dry-hop lends notes of mango, peach and sweet strawberry to a medium body with a soft citrus bitter bite and a dry finish.

Wow! Mango, strawberries. Super creamy, fluffy, fruity with a dry finish. Love it!

Ikke så frugtig, som den lover, men den er frisk og slutter af med en god skarp bitterhed.

(3.7) Strawberry, mango, melon, orange and lemon with significant sweetness and moderate bitterness. Refreshing and will just get better as the weather warms. It carries that distinct D&B sweetness that makes the beers enjoyable, but steals the attention

Reubs

Fresh hoppy action, lots of sweet fruity notes of apricot and peach, touch of strata induced strawberry coming in, citrus notes and citrus rind, sweet malty backing, piney moderate bitter hoppy close. Good stuff.
