Alkymi is a mixed-fermentation sour ale aged for 12 months in an oak foudre. It was then blended with raspberries and Stevnsbær cherries, and aged for 3 months.

Medium body and carbonation. Tart raspberries, sour cherries, sour apples, then a wave of tannins and oakiness. Long, sour, fruity and dry finish with hint of vanilla. Tannins and oakiness are a bit rough and off-putting to me. The rest is fine.
