Pretty decent sour beer. Hit all the right notes without being overly sweet, and instead had a nice dry quality to it.

The one on the left.. as if you couldn’t guess. Not overdone with Cherry which can be a bit much. Very nicely balanced. Has that cracking sour dryness and sharpness with a subtle creamy finish.

Loads of sweet cherry on the nose. Tart, slightly earthy, fruity hit on the palate but all that's left is the flavour of fresh cherry. The actual pulpy fruit, not just juice. Dryish finish.

Kroppen er rigtig fin. God balance mellem syre og sødme. Men den har en sen eftersmag der er lidt ufed... Minder om mine første forsøg med hvedeøl.

Høj karbonering på tungen. Simpel syre, kirsebærrene træder ikke ordentlig frem.
