Le goût de ces cerises danoises est juste incroyable ! Et on a une acidité parfaite qui vient bien contrebalancer. Ça fait saliver un peu ça attaque les gencives un peu mais au final c’est tellement bon.

#15 brett au nez, en bouche c'est plutôt funky mais accessible, acidité légère, cerise bien présente. C'est bien fait.

Pleasently surprised, it's not extremely complex, but I find it balanced and with a great level of cherry and spices :)
