I was glad to share a growler with a friend who recently learned to appreciate hop bitterness. Not sure if this fits a typical WC, but loved the fruity, juicy taste and feel, the hoppy aroma, the pine and the bitterness growing towards the finish.

Idaho 7 og Motueka humler. Gode humler til West Coast IPA bitterheden, hvor den tropiske frugt er trængt i baggrunden til fordel for en mere bastant bitterhed, der bliver hængende længe.
