I Heard You Like Galaxy

IPA - New England

This is a single hop IPA for the Australian hop lovers out there. We started with a hazy IPA base brewed with two-row, malted wheat and flaked oats, and then piled on Australian Galaxy hops in the whirlpool and during dry-hopping. We heard you like Aussies, so we put some Galaxy on top of your Galaxy.

Ariana Estariel

Deep lemon colour with a haze that enhances the dark colour. The hops are not lost in slightly mild fruity tartness that suffuses the bitterness. A bit astringent on the finish with the hops lingering in a pleasant way.
