First time checking the 60 Minute in, big step down from the 90 Minute

[Later Post] This was 1 of 3 post round brews with my 73 year mentor! He did beat me 84 to 86 but, if you know anything about golf, I was playing the tips and he was playing the Golds … fair, I think not 😏

Closer to BBD of Jul 2021. Arrived at aircon temps. Healthy head lasts, piney perfume, grapefruit and prominent but gentle bittersweetness in the malt which lasts. Smooth and easy drinking. The Spiegelau IPA glass works well for this beer.

An old standby when waiting out the standby anxiety at O’Hare. Malty, though still light, this lacks the floral or citrusy notes of many beloved modern IPAs, but the crisp, mildly resinous, and piney notes still hold up. Better than I remembered, too
