60 Minute IPA is continuously hopped -- more than 60 hop additions over a 60-minute boil. Getting a vibe of where the name came from? 60 Minute is brewed with a slew of great Northwest hops. Wanted to revisit after reading a fascinating article about the history of 90 Minute. Best By July 2024, so presumably a reasonably fresh can. Rich and malty, very drying, slightly sweet, WC hop bitterness. Good, but probably best fresh at the brewery.
