Wanted to revisit after reading a fascinating article about the history of 90 Minute. Best By July 2024, so presumably a reasonably fresh can. Rich and malty, very drying, slightly sweet, WC hop bitterness. Good, but probably best fresh at the brewery.

I believe this is the third beer in my life that requires contemplation after each sip. Full, rich, fruity body. Gentle funk, with a soft mushroom flavor. Thank you to my friend brian b. for pointing me to this brewery. Rear in picture.

Dry, herbal, super acidic. Almost pillowy. Flavor I would associate with mead...light and fruity/floral. Right side in picture.

My first-ever Cantillon. Fresh rhubarb juice. Mildly tart, gentle funk. Left side in picture.

Liquid chocolate fudge nectar turned into beer. The high ABV is undetectable. Complex layers of roasty chocolatey notes.

Second check-in to reaffirm my opinion. Thank you to my beertender for this generous splash.

One last beer tonight, celebrating my doc fixing my knee issue (and ditching the walker). Piney, woodsy, reminds me of Northern CA/Pacific NW.

Light and pillowy maple syrup turned into beer. The high ABV is completely undetectable, making this a very dangerous beer. Cinnamon is in the background. I think the best I have had of this style.

Second check-in. Hoppy, bitter, malty, refreshing. A lot of body at a low ABV. 4.30

Thank you so much to my friends Dave, Elias, Joel, and Danny for a wonderful evening. Chocolate, sweet.

Second check-in, this time a "splash" from a tap. The beertender tells me this keg has been aging since 2019. Extremely smooth and mellow...very, very strong. 4.80

Rich, fruity, hoppy, strong, bitter WC IPA. Thank you Kambo for yet another excellent beer. A great way to finish an outstanding beer evening.

Thick, heavy, chocolatey, effervescent. The cinnamon is a really nice touch. Decadent sipping treat. The ABV is not noticeable, except for its pleasant warming. Thanks again to my friend Kambo for another CHBR treat!

Canadian Breakfast Stout (CBS) (2019) D
Rich, thick, chocolatey. Very strong, not boozy...but it sure warms you up inside! Perfect on a cold night with snow on the way.

Extremely boozy and very strong...like a shot of whiskey. Bottle is from Oct 2019. No more than a few sips for me, but very well made.
