The flavor is caramel, grapefruit, some orange, and grapefruit rind and pine resin (the beer, not the chowder). It is well balanced and nice.

Dogfish Head makes some dang good beers. Their 60 minute IPA is straight forward and delicious for what I’m hearing is a session IPA. Good flavor … you can’t miss!!!!

A: grapefruit, citrus rind, hints of caramel malt and pine. T: candied citrus, grapefruit, sweet, caramel, malt, a kiss of stonefruit, bitter citrus rind, hints of resinous pine. Medium light body, dry finish.
