IPAs don't cellar. You get bitter funky swamp water. A 90 minute Imperial IPA however, smooths into some rough toffee with appropriate booziness and only a little bite at the top of the sinuses. 5 years is probably too long, but a 1 year would be nice.

A bit hoppy for me but I liked it more as it warmed up. Smooth and a little sweet but there is a lingering drier finish

Hezky až nezvykle subtilně chmelená imperial IPA na ty IBU, která je bohužel strašně sladká. Podobně jako třeba Hardcore IPA, ale ta je trochu nařvanější chmelem na vyváženou. Ale furt fajn oldschool setkání po letech.

Sharper taste than usual. Golden amber, mild aroma of hops and malt, though aroma seems weaker and less complex than usual.

Strong taste and strong beer. Felt thick yet delicious hoppy IPA. Not for the weak.

First time drinker of the dogfish head. This IPA is rich with a hint of pine fruity citrus hop aromas, and a strong malt backbone with an unapologetic flavor.

Crisp, clean and nice hops. It drinks incredibly easy and for being 90mins and 9% stealer pizza beer.
