Piney but not danky. Nice pine aroma, not much citrus. Drinks with malt sweetness at front then alcohol taste, and bitterness appears midway, finishes gently with no astringency. Well balanced with robust malt backbone. Assertive but not harsh. Soft, dry

Malty, sweet, hoppy with a mild to moderate bitterness on the finish. Getting some westie vibes on this without being overly bitter.

My favorite of the dogfish head ipa’s. Also try the 30min and the 60 min ipa’s.
