I don’t have this very often cause of the price, but whenever I do I’m always glad. Because damn it’s good. One of my all time favs.

Intense, yet approachable. Concentrated piney hop flavor foremost, properly supported by a hefty malt body.

IPAs don't cellar. You get bitter funky swamp water. A 90 minute Imperial IPA however, smooths into some rough toffee with appropriate booziness and only a little bite at the top of the sinuses. 5 years is probably too long, but a 1 year would be nice.
