A burst of hops in first taste followed by a nice malty well rounded flavor in the middle finished with a slight pine tang aftertaste.

Strong contender for best IPA I’ve had. Would have to drink it a couple more times to iron out my thoughts. Enjoyed at dinner with Pa, who had chocolate stout.

Much sweeter than I remember, the hops are a dank resinous mass.

Could use a little more hop character on the nose and a touch more bitterness. But, it's still a great beer with high drinkability. Only way I'll buy it is when it's on sale. Glad to see it hasn't gone hazy like so many other classics

Cheers to #900! It’s especially fitting considering it’s a 90 minutes and was #19 on the menu! At least it makes sense to me. Fun celebrating with my Shopgirl.

Solid west coast. If you factor in the price it would probably drop to a 3.75? For this cost you can get some sick NE style IPAs, but it is a 6 pack. Cheers!

Hoppy flowery nose. Pale golden yellow slightly coppery colour. Pale head. Slightly sweet soft taste. Tasty crispy hoppiness. Lacey forming head. RB 2009
