Many breweries cash in on the seasonal craze for pumpkins on labels and in their brew, but most are better left on the shelf EXCEPT this one by Dogfish. Very tasty, moderate amount of malt, similar to an Oktoberfest. Would buy again.

Mid-orange color, aroma at first is metallic and non-existent but then really intensifies to a sweet spicyness as the drinks warms up. Full sharp palate and an ethanol-heavy aftertaste. Drinks heavier than I expected.

Been years since I’ve had. I seem to remember one that was more upfront. Certainly fine as is without rocking the boat.
