Pale and cloudy colour, crisp and effervescent feel, soft lime and plenty of salt. Delicious.

Thought I'd try sour, even though I'm not really fond of them. This one just reinforces my dislike for them. Salt and lime flavors are good, but I just don't like the sour.

Not a bad sour but I've had better. Considering the flavor profile is lime, lime, lime, and sea salt, you pretty much get what it says on the tin.

Gose is by far my fav style of sour. Something seems magical about a sour wheat beer. Just works. Lime forward citrus here, which is the main competitor with the other flavors. Lemon grass or something similar also shines. Sticky mouth feel. Tame scent 🌾

Not too sweet and a good session beer. I wouldn't crush em though.

This is Beer #8 on my journey to becoming a patio pounder! I wasn’t too hyped about a sour – but this has a salty factor to it, which truly does taste a bit like the sea – and I LOVE THE SEA. I’m all about that water life.
