Well. Went to the King of Hops. Really strong stuff. Had it at room temperature this time and enjoyed it.

Actually aged nicely. This one is probably around 8-10 years old. Firm bitterness and slightly boozy with nice sweetness. Fades into a nutty taste.

This tastes like a liquor. Hey, TJ, check out the ABV.

Who needs shots when you have an 18% APV barleywine masquerading as a bougie, boozy IPA. Love this beer, slightly sweet and super strong, just like me. #LIES

Pulled from my aging stash, bottled in 2012. Has mellowed out, not as boozy. Drinks smooth, has lost a lot of it's hoppiness.

lovely caramel smoothness until it's not. very abrasive end but it could be time traveling

Strong, but so complex and layered. It needs lots of time to open and show all the notes.

I have no idea how old this bottle is, but I’ve had it for many years. Still quite hot. Lots of dries fruit on the front.

Towards a Barleywine. Not very hoppy. Wanted it to be better.

+1 because y’all really made a 17% beer. Tastes like barleywine tho

Bottle aged for just short of 3 years after purchase. Smooth, great sipper full of flavor. Would not wait another 3 years though
