First beer I’ve rated or posted in a while. But I felt I had to with this one. I looked for this beer for 20 years before trying. This is 3 of a 4 pack, aged 2 years. It does get better with age. Absolutely fantastic.

Smooth sweet n hoppy with a hint of the booze but you would never guess ABV is that high. So good!

3 year old. Malty with brown sugar and bourbony notes up from with robust hoppy finish. Incredible sipper. Strong barley wine character (spot on Ryan!)

This bottle was aged 3 years. Starting to take on a wine character. Still getting some fun hops on the back end. Happy birthday Elodie!

This beer rite here is on a league of its own truly AMAZING beer words can’t explain and what makes it better is I had it since 2019 to age it longer and even better a must have
