The legend is true! I finally found the 120 Minute IPA.
From Sunday’s Father’s Day 2023 share. 2015 bottle purchased while wandering around Chicago after Rare Day. This has aged amazingly well. Molasses and tobacco for days. I will be looking for and aging these moving forward. 🍷

Aged pretty well! Not too often I crack open a beer bottled in 2013!

The beer to have if you want a great clear ipa that is smooth as silk!

Hoppy, sweet and boozy. Just how I like em. Holy Grail indeed.

Really good but too hoppy for my taste. I will say it was better than I expected.

It has a dark appearance and has flavor notes of butterscotch, caramel, and toffee.

Summer. Nothing better than a grill, tree house and dogfish!

Can't believe I waited this long to try Dogfishhead, IPAs are not my go-to, but this one changed my mind... literally!

Very smooth, finishes with a raisin-ish flavor. Does not taste like a traditional IPA.

I don't get it. I don't mind how boozy it is but it's way too sweet. Not for me

Thanks Tony. This bottle has been staring me in the face the last 2 weeks every time I opened my fridge Def a sipper

Wow. I didn’t realize it was 18% when I ordered it. Lol

I know this is all about the hops... But I love the malty backbone. And the utopia finish is outstanding

Not much different from the bottle. Syrupy, sweet & boozy.
