From Sunday’s Father’s Day 2023 share. 2015 bottle purchased while wandering around Chicago after Rare Day. This has aged amazingly well. Molasses and tobacco for days. I will be looking for and aging these moving forward. 🍷

Bottled 11/29/2017. Great barnyard aroma w an unfortunate acetic character. Lower carb. They can’t all be winners.

Bottled 12/11/2019. Fresh and vibrant raspberries in the nose. More acidic in the taste.

2012 bottle. Dusty center of a Tootsie Pop and caramel apple sweetness. Soft but warming booze. Drying oxididation that brings to mind oak. Way better than expected. Improperly cellared and dragged around for a decade. Fun to reminisce.

Missed. Bottled 14/11/18. Essentially raspberry juice w little lambic base flavors. Sugar coated raspberries in the aroma. Taste is more green and acidic. I seem to enjoy RdG younger w more lambic coming through. 🥂
