Bottled 7/14/16. Hints of dark fruit, stone fruit, and a strong molasses flavor. Sweeter than a fresh one. A bit of bitterness still but not a crisp bitterness. Much heavier than I remember. Has some sediment in it from aging.

Utopias aged, smooth and strong. Best version I’ve ever had.

Zzzing! 5 years old, wish I had a fresh one to compare. Not an IPA at this point, more caramel malt, deep copper in color, almost no head. Should have held off and had this one in winter by the fire.

The end of celebrating Worlds. The Falcons won. The Braves clinched a playoff spot. It seemed appropriate to end the weekend with a rare 120 Minute. 🍻

Wow, seems to get better all the time. Maybe it was the trip down to GA or maybe it’s because the beer pretty much sucks down here. Not often I get to speak French, but faaack that was good!

Bottled on 03/22/2018. Boozy, pruney/muddled, and lighter after 5 years. Hops didn’t hold their freshness. Still enjoyed every sip.
