I don't know that I'm getting much watermelon, but works well as a sour.

Canadian Breakfast Stout (CBS) (2018) Marchesani
I think they pulled this out of the back at Total Wine a couple years ago, and then has been sitting in the basement for over a year. Quasi cheating as never noted the vintage before.

Got this from my older brother. He had the foresight to write the date on it and now aging for over 2 years. Barely tastes like an IPA anymore, more like a Belgian. Rich and smooth, caramel. "Ages well" on the label is right.

90 Minute Imperial IPA Marchesani
I was also very pleasantly surprised by this and not the crazy bitter I was expecting. Better than 60 Minute.
