It has a great aroma from the hops and malts used. I dont know if its just me, but I get a boozy sweet tea aftertaste from this, which is not a bad thing. Its not something I plan to drink again, though I am glad I tried it.

The perfect beer. Except too much abv. So many flavors. Like drinking velvet.

Gotta find more of these I’m down to my last one. This is the beer that sets the standard for all IPAs…

“Ages well” indeed!! This one is from 2016 (2023 now). Holy cow. It’s like a port wine! Kind of raisiny. Such a deep smell.. and a depth of flavor. Wow, insane. Thanks to Luke @ Grind City BC!!

Actually aged nicely. This one is probably around 8-10 years old. Firm bitterness and slightly boozy with nice sweetness. Fades into a nutty taste.

Neighbor brought over one that’s been aging since 2018. Really transformed. Dark, malty-sweet and boozy with no hop bite. Not bad, just weird. I’d recommend drinking fresh🍺

Well. Went to the King of Hops. Really strong stuff. Had it at room temperature this time and enjoyed it.

Strong. Seems a bit different from previous years but it’s good. Still have my 2018 bottle unopened. Special occasion beer. ❤️

Been aging this bad boy since 2016. 120 IBU’s! Super smooth for a 18% ABV creation!
