Wonderful strong notes of complex hops with a smooth lightened aftertaste

It's sweet, some dark fruits, grapefruit and a pine resin bitterness at the end. It is a little bit boozy but in a warming and subtle way. It is delicious.

One of the best beers of all time. If you disagree, I will fight you.

Vertical flight of 1yr aged, 3yr aged, and 4yr aged. Honestly all tasted like barelywines. They became sweeter and less malty and hoppy with age. Very interesting.

Aged 10 years... still boozy but not a punch in the face like when fresh

A decade under the influence. 10 year aged. Mellows it out but still boozy. Love it.

Wow, an amazing beer, everything that it’s supposed to be. Thanks for sharing, Don.

Its been a while. So glad I aged her for a while. Alcohol, bitterness and carbonation mellowed out. More of a barley wine/strong ale now.

First timer over here. Tastes a lot like a barleywine. I like it!

Better than I remember. Maybe because it’s straight from the source. Hard to call an ipa. Sweet like a barleywine.

No idea what vintage....laser printing was illegible. Either way - super oxidized.....vacation mode engaged.
