Wow - reminds me of stouts I had in the uk. Reminds of wine, port, or sherry. Tannic but smooth. I had no idea it was 17% until I was obliterated afterward.

Aroma is very floral and somewhat salty. Perfume even. Flavour seems very reminiscent of other Rodenbach beers. Opens with a sourness that develops into berries, wood, and finishes with a buttery residual (not major).

Campfire Amplifier Thompson

Super subtle beer. First on the nose is just a lot of roasted malts: same with the flavour. Once the stronger toast flavours wear down a bit you get a wave of marshmallow followed by hints of graham and cinnamon. The finish is definitely chocolate. Thin.
