Bottled 07/07/2008. 18% ABV DIPA. Any hops left? No, but it does has more than enough brown sugar coated raisins to go around. Raisins galore! Raisins with malt, caramel, Sherry, a splash of pine, a few black cherries, a plum or two, & plenty of alcohol.

2020 bottled a month ago. Fantastic. Not quite as strong of bite as I remember, maybe this year is lower abv. Have a couple tagged for aging.

Very boozy. Pleasantly sweet. Hops get lost to the malts on the nose but sneak back in with the bitterness.

It's like eating hops with a fork in a room with fourteen guys speaking English loudly and slowly in an effort to be understood by a German who is just NOT HAVING IT. I think I like it...? 🤷♂️

I only exhaled 7 seconds after my first sip, but my bottle says 15.3 %. Almost just tastes like liquor. I probably won’t do anything else this evening.

Went with the 120 minute IPA. Second time Ive had this and always seems more like a lightly hopped barley wine due to all the booze flavor over an IPA, but super delicious!
