Light. Decent amount of tart that goes away quickly to a clean finish. There is a hint of peach in there. If you like a gose, same profile.

Found this bad boy in the back of the fridge. Tastes nice and tart still. Not bad for a spring day.

"Peche" indeed. Peach and sourness. Sweet, stays pretty fluffy and bright, not overly comped. Watery and light at finish. Crushable.

Didn’t realize this was a true dour when I grabbed it. A little too much do for my tastes. Also don’t care for the peach/wheat pairing
