Nice flavor of a brown ale with hints of vanilla and wood.

Woody, boozy and roasty. The strongest brown ale I have consumed to date.

I’m a sucker for brown ales. This is a good one. Maybe slightly too malty. But I won’t complain.

2018 vintage. Smooth, slightly sweet,, and rich. Caramel like aroma and flavor with hints of vanilla.

Checking in since its been a looooong time. Drinks more like a stout. Nice ‘addition’ to my (new) dabbling in brown ales.

Excellent brown ale. Smooth Carmel flavor that doesn’t come across as 12% ABV.

Last time I checked in this beer I was 22. Looks like I had good taste then too! Nice, strong taste.

Can certainly taste the booze but it doesn’t over power. Like most dogfish beers there’s a lot of different flavors that come out with each sip. You’re welcome Shawn.

2016 vintage. Dark and smooth. The wood is giving this some vanilla. The brown ale holds its own.

I believe a Delaware beer is appropriate right now. Haven’t had this one is a good while. That wood aging is fierce!

Very strong taste, but it should be at 12%! Watching the NFC Championship. Don’t call it a comeback!
