Palo Santo Marron

Brown Ale - Imperial / Double

An unfiltered, unfettered, unprecedented brown ale aged in handmade wooden brewing vessels. The caramel and vanilla complexity unique to this beer comes from the exotic Paraguayan Palo Santo wood from which these tanks were crafted. Palo Santo means "holy tree" and its wood has been used in South American wine-making communities.

Wow. This is the most unique and complex beer I have had in a while! Super dark roasty in color, aroma, hint of oak (but it’s not) Excellent,

Starting 12 beers of Christmas on a high note. Very complex, woody. Notes of vanilla, Carmel and tannic.

3.97? Shut the front door. This is one of the best mellow/strong beers alive. This here, is Abe Lincoln in a bottle. A smooth carmel finish, somewhat fragrant from the wood. Just lovely.

Wow! Very flavorful brown ale. Sweet and boozy with a nice balance. The vanilla and caramel sweetness offset the booz. Incredible!
