Smells like mead and grape juice. Slightly sweet, not heavy. 👌🏼

I really enjoyed this beer! It was so different with the prevalence of honey and grape musk/wine notes. I’d definitely get it again!

Very unique. Combination of beer, wine and mead. And at 9%abv, I feel over the moon like our ancestors did while drinking this 2,700 years ago. Lol

I’m not sure how to comment on this. Probably more mead than beer, but that’s ok.

Light body and color. A little flavor of white grape.

A really fun beer/ wine/ mead 🤷‍♂️! Love imagining I'm drinking old Mesopotamiam alcohol.

I give it a little extra ratings bump for the cool historical story behind it, but the taste is not actually enjoyable. The nose is good: grapes and honey sweetness. The taste has some harsh stuff going on.

Sweet and golden! Normally not huge on sweet beers but this one works, I can only drink one because of the sweetness but it’s very inebriating lol
