Slight funk in the nose. Dry, tangy, berry flavor with wine notes. Every ingredient from Cantillon is organic, especially the wild yeast and bacteria. Yum.

Oude Geuze Boon

Tart with apricot and a little apple.

Boozy and chocolate.

Bottle Shop Series Highball Drifter

Sweet caramel malt and cherry.

In the Darkness Below

Moderately sweet, not sure I get all the seafood. Creamy with a bit of roast.

Not as hoppy as I expected.

Such a great malty beer.

Mangonada Stargazer

Very nice combination of fruit.

Shadow & Substance

A great Flanders dark with red wine notes and dark fruit. This bottle is several years old. Cherry flavor is a bit hard to find.

Palo Santo Marron

Rich, woody, and dry. A great brown ale. This one is 5 or 6 years old.

KBS Maple Mackinac Fudge

A great beer for a great basketball game: Duke-Carolina.

Nitro Rübæus

Smooth and berry sweet.

Velvet Rush

Coffee, bourbon, vanilla, and caramel. Good in the brown ale base, but I would like this better in a porter base. As is it’s just a bit thin.

KBS Cinnamon Vanilla Cocoa

Good spice and bourbon. Not too much cinnamon.

Raison D'Extra

Loaded with raisin and other dark fruit flavors. Quite a boozy kick. A bottle from 2018. Aged very well.

Temporal Abyss

Very nice BBA stout with some subtle notes of vanilla and chocolate. It was harder for me to find the coconut.

Palo Santo Marron

So smooth. Does not taste like 11 or 12%. I wonder if this is still the original barrel. It could be my taste buds, but I think it has lost a step.

Mangonada Piñata

Only slightly tart with a little fruitiness. Light and refreshing.

Quartered & Chunked

I like the grapefruity bitterness.

60 Minute IPA

Very refreshing on a warm, sunny afternoon.

Velvet Rush (2021)

Coffee and bourbon notes. Smooth and creamy. Finishes moderately sweet. Handles the 11.1 ABV nicely.

Big Lushious

Creamy with plenty of raspberry and chocolate.

Panther Cub

Very smooth. Delicious vanilla.

Well done for a low cal beer.

KBS Maple Mackinac Fudge

Amazing aroma of dark chocolate, coffee, and a gentle nudge of bourbon. Rich and satisfying and the alcohol was very soft and cuddly. Drinking this one with Ross via FT.

Hard to believe I have never checked this in. Delicious.
