Burton Baton

Historical Beer - Burton Ale

An oak-aged, gentle giant. Two "threads," or batches, of beer — an English-style old ale and an imperial IPA — are brewed and, after separate fermentation in stainless tanks, are transferred and blended together in large oak tanks.

I forgot I was aging this in the back of my liquor cabinet. Literally 4 years ago! Holy boozy!

Kinda flat but aged this for years and it's better aged than fresh. Move brown ale vibes with oak

My gold standard for DIPAS... This is a 2019 batch. Some sediment. Flavor smoother and less sweet

The barrel definitely tames the hops. Very oaky sweet.

Not bottled, and just exclusive to the Tasting room for now. A burton ale blended with an imperial IPA, and then aged in oak barrels.

It's got that good wooden sorta taste you get when you take a bite of the burnt part of a really good wood fired pizza. Super sweet too, like candy. Here at the HueJasss page we are the most accurate beer review page, I got you.
