Found two dusty bottles of this on a bottle shop shelf in Statesville. 2018 and still drinking fine. 🍻

Boozy and oaky but very smooth. Very smooth in an English Pale Ale for the ABV.

Really solid beer for a heavy hitter, not too hoppy The hops get hidden behind a viel of sweetness and oakeyness Recommendation for sure

For an IPA, it's actually not too bitter. Very smooth and the color is silky.

De basale smaak is OK, maar wow wat een extreme wrange laag zit er overheen. Dit maakt de ervaring (als iemand die niet zo'n wiskey fan is) een onaangename verassing. Heb met Sander geruild voor eentje uit zijn tasting flight.
