A great Flanders dark with red wine notes and dark fruit. This bottle is several years old. Cherry flavor is a bit hard to find.

Wow. Amazing flavors. Heck of a Brett kick. Snifter and sit. It certainly deserves its name.

Celebrating my 4th wedding anniversary with my favorite sour. So tart and sour with perfect cherry notes.

Wow. Grape bubblegum on the nose and some really complex flavors. Maybe I DO like dark sours?

Not my favorite of the series but it’s good. I meant to take a picture of it with my pasta but….

I can see why some would like it but it’s a little too sour for me

Lots of flavors going on. A bit fantastic, a bit weird, a bit "why?"

Intense cherry, plum and vinegar with raisin and pear. Vinegar brett dominates. Exceptional flavors, intense depth. Maybe .. Maybe delicious, debatable 5*

I definitely taste the tart cherries but having difficulty picking up any other notes (probably due to COVID wrecking my sense of taste in 2020).

From yesterday. Medium tartness and a pleasant oaky contribution. I dig it. Soft 4.0.

Nice after about a year of cellar aging. Brown wild. Tons of fresh fruit. Sugary tart. May get better for a few years as the lacto minimizes and the Brett develops.

Extremely complex, sour with almost a stout mid flavor
