Barrel-aged, dark, sour. Chocolatey finish. All my favorite things.

Very interesting. Haven’t decided if I like it yet…😝

Nice after about a year of cellar aging. Brown wild. Tons of fresh fruit. Sugary tart. May get better for a few years as the lacto minimizes and the Brett develops.

Wow. Grape bubblegum on the nose and some really complex flavors. Maybe I DO like dark sours?

I can see why some would like it but it’s a little too sour for me

Really tart. Heavy fruit flavor, and the wine barrel aging comes through

Sour, lots of sweet cherry juice flavor. Notes of coffee underneath. Warming finish.

A lot of tartness. Reminds me of Hilltop Berry Farm's plum wine in a way.

I definitely taste the tart cherries but having difficulty picking up any other notes (probably due to COVID wrecking my sense of taste in 2020).

Not my favorite of the series but it’s good. I meant to take a picture of it with my pasta but….

Dark. Opaque. Smells of soy. Sour fig, cherry. Complex. Tobacco, leather sofas and whiskey-drunk casino patrons. Savory flavors. Very sour. Good.
