Flavorful and easy, as advertised. Hop is crisp and bright, not especially hazy, green finish. On par with stock All Day.

So I like AllDay, but this is a parade of bitterness and astringency that way not targeting my tastes. Grapefruit is authentic, hop is nice, but the net bitter package is a no-go.

Exceptional. A bit of brown sugar and maple over a massive toasted malt, almond cookie, molasses and bourbon base. Baking spices and brown bread finish. Big and a tad boozy, roasted and warning, expected nothing less from DFH.

Last 6er, odd agave and hoppy lime front. Really lime-y and a cocktail flavor I really, really dislike. Agave, tequila, fig, hatred, prunes. End is soo much sour cherry. Miserable garbage. Hateful. Dire. Fight me Founders.naaaaaaaack. so angry

Grapefruit and mango but minimal astringency. Almost candied fruit notes. Lime, kind of a margharita finish Refreshing.

Intense cherry, plum and vinegar with raisin and pear. Vinegar brett dominates. Exceptional flavors, intense depth. Maybe .. Maybe delicious, debatable 5*

Sorghum is not a favorite flavor, but here ìt is supporting cast to the crisp corn and deep malt. A carnival of flavors, deep malt and caramel, very enjoyable.

Oloroso Sherry Barrel-Aged 120 Minute IPA Westacious
Ye beer gods, praise be. In the Belgian strong ale camp, this is like port: fig and raisin and joy. The depth of dark fruit, the late hop tang. This is magic. In 4k beers, this is close to, if not the best I've had. What an absolute masterpiece.

Utopias Barrel - Aged World Wide Stout (2021) Westacious
Beyond intense: a crash of mocha malt, oak, boozy bourbon and a rush of wood notes. Tastes like a malty, boozy version of DFH Palo. Earthy, nutty flavors meet a cola and bourbon sweetness.

KBS Espresso (2021) Westacious
Delicious, strong coffee and malt, mocha, leather. Some smokiness and sweet maple. No booziness, almost no aniseed or heavy fruit notes.

Unusual: standard roasted malt, molasses, and port flavors open then shifts into a lot of green hop and prune. Not syrupy, no anise or root beer. Curious. Like a black and tan but b-wine & ipa. Kind of growing on me.
