KBS Spicy Chocolate (2023) Agricola
From yesterday. I was excited to try a spicy beer that featured all capsaicin spice and no cinnamon spice, but this wound up being fairly disappointing. Light on flavor across the board, and basically flat.

Canadian Breakfast Stout (CBS) (2018) Agricola
From yesterday. I'm pretty sure it was the '19 vintage. Still quite good, but I don't taste much coffee.

From 8/12. Very peculiar beer. Sweet, grape-y, musty, and herbal, but not hoppy. I didn't love it, but it was fun to try.

From yesterday. Medium tartness and a pleasant oaky contribution. I dig it. Soft 4.0.

Straight, clean tartness. Again, smooth finish. I can't really taste the oak, but that's okay.

Very tart, very effervescent. It finishes smoothly - I wonder if that's due to the chardonnay BA. Raspberry does make sense as a fruit adjunct.

Raison D'Extra (2018) Agricola
Whoa, this now tastes like a light-bodied port. Deep, rich toasty malt flavors, with raisin standing out first and foremost. This may have actually improved with age. I remember thinking it was starting to get bitter last time I drank one of these

My last little bottle, sadly. That said, I saw this on the shelf at Party Source not long ago, which is wild.
