A finly aged beer for a finely aged marriage. A very good selection for our 29th anniversary.

Wild ale aged in Chardonnay barrels for 2 years on Raspberries, lingonberries, hibiscus and lavender.

Reddish golden hue. Nose is lavender and lingonberries. Sour nose of chardonnay and raspberries. Light oak and light char nose. Tastes sour wild ale with wine white spritzer. Heavier carbonation than the others. Finish is crisp sour apple and red berry.

Quite sweet. Tart berry mix. A bit floral... hibiscus. Light funk and wood note.

Very tart, very effervescent. It finishes smoothly - I wonder if that's due to the chardonnay BA. Raspberry does make sense as a fruit adjunct.

Not a fan. Tastes like Celestial Seasonings wild berry zinger. As a beer. Ick.
