Our 15th brew out of our ‘Wooden… it be nice!’ wild beer program is here with ‘Fleur Fleurie!’ ‘Fleur Fleurie’ is a wild ale aged in chardonnay barrels for over 2 years within the depths of our brewery, and delicious additions of raspberries, lingonberries, hibiscus and lavender give this one just the right amount of funk.

Wowed by the nose. Allagash-like. First sip is kinda wild, threw me off a heavy. Shockingly sour, crazy bitter, and super dry, all at the same time. Probably a shitty description but solid beer. Thanks for the hookup Matt #ye #pungentliquid
