Turbia, pasó por barrica de roble, madera, una acidez en su punto, ligera, baja bien, refrescante, aromática, crujiente y en el regusto notas picosas como de pimienta. Realmente agradable esta cerveza.

Pucker-up-buttercup! What a wild ale should be…not hoppy or lactosey or trying to be something from a juice box

Enjoyed 9/16, release 012 aged in French oak barrels for 1 year

Sweet, white wine aroma, maybe overripe if it were wine, but more of a sweet, yeasty aroma for beer. A lot of oak. Sweet lemon-lime. Dry note, somewhat dry finish on the tongue, although a wet sweetness lingers at the top of the palate. Acidic.

Straight, clean tartness. Again, smooth finish. I can't really taste the oak, but that's okay.

Less stellar than Solera No 1, but nicely tart. A little carby, more white wine like, but a solid palate cleanser.

Fantastic wild ale, as far as lambics would go this is a much smoother version of the first edition

Sharp sour bite, peachy, funky, lots of wood presence, white wine

Aims for the oaked, buttery end of the Wild Ale spectrum. Pleasantly fizzy, and a clean finish.

This is the sour and tart I was expecting from the last beer I checked in. Heartburn, here I come. Tasty!
