Lots of fresh stonefruit. Apricots, peach, dry wood, strong funk, assertive acetic acidity.

Solera No. 2 C.

Notes of fermented pineapple, peaches and white wine blend seamlessly with a sharp & puncturing acetic acidity & are complimented by a soft barnyard funk. The tannic elements and oak add complexity. A very intense brew, yet enjoyable in small quantities.

That Rightness C.

Strong notes of prunes and raisins, with a hint of dark cherries. Sharp balsamic vinegar acidity gives mouth puckering, salivating sensation. Port barrels add notes of dry oak, tannins, vanilla and leather. Aggressive in flavor and acidity but enjoyable.

SpontanCherry Frederiksdal C.

Lots of dark cherry juice mixed with some balsamic vinegary notes and a hint of vanilla. Really vinous with some tannic elements. Very dry and smooth. Would have loved a little more funk and barrel to take it to world class level.

KBS Espresso C.

If you took a KBS and added the best, smoothest, delicious cold brew coffee, this is what you’d get. Exactly what you want for breakfast.
